Bittwarp provides an AI-powered marketing and content operating system that assists brand operators with autonomous marketing strategy, content generation, review pipelines, and scheduled distribution across connected third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts), YouTube, and related communication channels.

3. Social Media Account Integration & Compliance

When connecting third-party social media accounts to our platform:

• Authority: You represent and warrant that you are the authorized owner, administrator, or licensed representative of any Facebook Page, Instagram account, or social channel you connect.
• Platform Rules: You agree to comply with all applicable terms, policies, and community guidelines of connected third-party platforms, including the Meta Terms of Service and Meta Developer Policies.
• Revocation: You may revoke account permissions at any time by disconnecting the channel inside the dashboard or revoking authorization in your Facebook / Meta account settings.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all media, text, trademarks, and branding you upload or schedule through the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all published material complies with applicable advertising standards, intellectual property rights, and consumer protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute unsolicited commercial messages, deceptive spam, or automated harassment.
• Publish defamatory, hateful, abusive, or explicitly prohibited adult content.
• Attempt to circumvent security boundaries, reverse engineer APIs, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bittwarp Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from social platform outages, third-party API deprecations, account suspensions imposed by external social networks, or scheduling interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
